Cancellation Policies
Client - Initiated Cancellations
The client may cancel or reschedule their experience at no cost up to 20 days before the trip start date.

If the cancellation occurs between 20 and 10 days prior, a 10% surcharge of the total amount will apply for rescheduling.

If the cancellation occurs between 10 and 2 days prior, the surcharge will be 25% of the total amount.

If the cancellation is made the day before or the same day as the trip, rescheduling will not be allowed and the full payment will be forfeited, with no right to claims or refunds.
Once the cancellation is made, the client will have 45 days to use their experience, subject to availability and possible rate adjustments. After this period, if no rescheduling occurs, the amount paid will be forfeited with no right to claims.
In the case of multiple cancellations, the above conditions will apply again in each instance.
Oveja Negra Campers - Initiated Cancellations
Oveja Negra Campers reserves the right to cancel the reservation due to force majeure or to protect its vehicles from extreme weather conditions.
In such cases, the client may:

Reschedule at no additional cost, subject to availability.

Request a full refund of the amount paid up to that point.
Reservation conditions
To confirm a reservation, the client must:

Indicate the desired vehicle model and rental period.

Confirm availability with Oveja Negra Campers.

Make a payment of 50% of the total amount.
No reservation will be considered confirmed until the corresponding payment is received. Availability may change until the deposit is completed.
Rental conditions
Requirements:

Reservations may be made by individuals over 18 years old.

Vehicles may be driven by individuals over 21 years old with:

Valid ID or passport.
-
Driver’s license held for at least 2 years.

Mandatory documentation
Drivers must present the following documentation without exception before the start of the trip:

Valid ID or passport

Valid driver’s license
-
Residential address
-
Mobile phone number
If this documentation is not presented, the vehicle will not be delivered.
Vehicle handover
Before the experience begins, Oveja Negra Campers staff will:

Explain how the camper and its components work.
-
Have the Rental Agreement and the guarantee slip signed.

Collect the security deposit and any outstanding balance.
Vehicle return
At the end of the rental period:

A complete inspection of the vehicle and its equipment will be conducted.

The client may not leave until the inspection is completed.

Both parties must take photos of the interior, exterior, odometer, and fuel level when picking up and returning the vehicle.
These photos will serve as evidence in case of any disputes.
Other important aspects
The vehicle must be returned punctually at the agreed location, date, and time. No refunds will be issued for early returns.
If the client wishes to extend their experience, they must check availability and pay the corresponding amount immediately.
Once the deposit is paid, the client commits to paying for the full agreed rental period. No reductions in trip duration will be accepted afterward.
